SMYTH, Lynda Ludmila
Passed away peacefully on Sunday October 20, 2024 at Hillsdale Estates in Oshawa. Loving mom of Cathy and Sandy. Proud baba of Sarah and Laura. Lynda was born in Ukraine, and lived her entire adult life in Oshawa. She was an active member of St. Mary’s and St. John’s Orthodox Churches, and sang in multiple Ukrainian choirs as well as taught Ukrainian school. Lynda had many great memories of trips with family and friends.
Cathy would like to thank all staff at Hillsdale Estates who provided exceptional care and created a warm and loving home.
Memorial donations are appreciated to the CanadaHelps organization (www.canadahelps.org), which aids in Ukraine’s struggle for freedom.
