Passed away peacefully on November 6, 2024 surrounded by his family.
Ken leaves behind his wife of 26 years Germaine Wilkes.
Dear father of Jeannie, Jeff (Ashley), James (Denise), Tyler and his step children Jason, Michelle and Sherry. Ken is lovingly remembered by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is survived by his sisters Jan, Judy, Heather and Isabella.
Ken enjoyed his daily scooter rides around the neighbourhood. He loved shopping for groceries every day, his cupboards were always stocked and he never ran out of anything. He was a very social person who enjoyed conversations with anyone and everyone he met along the way. Ken enjoyed bingo with his group and volunteering on the Board at his residence.
A Private Family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorial donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
