SEPTEMBER 26, 1950 – NOVEMBER 3, 2024
We are saddened to announce the passing of Jane Flett, 74 years of age, on November 3, 2024 at the Oak Ridges Hospice, Port Perry, ON after a brief illness. Born in Bowmanville On, she was the proud daughter of the late Bob & Vi Flett, Oshawa, ON and loving wife of the late Tim Reilly, Toronto, ON. Jane is remembered with love and gratitude by Tim’s son Jeffrey Reilly and his wife Susan Son, Whitby, ON and was the proud and doting nana to their children Fynn and Naya. Will be sadly missed by sister Isabell Scott and her husband Doug Scott, Scarborough, ON. Loved and generous aunt of Andrew Scott and his wife Rachel, Michael Scott and his wife Brianne, all of Claremont, ON. Aunt Jane will be lovingly remembered by grand-nieces Payslie, Brynlie, & Harper and grand- nephew Hayes. Jane was a dedicated nurse for almost 25 years and then established It’s a Wrap Mobile Rentals which she operated with her husband Tim. Jane enjoyed travel, baking and entertaining. The ultimate shopper, she gave generously to friends and family. Her cottage was her special place to be. She should have had more days to enjoy all of these things. Friends will be received at McINTOSH-ANDERSON-KELLAM FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King St E, Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Monday, November 11 from 6-8 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, November 12 at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. If you wish to honour Jane’s memory please consider a donation to the Oak Ridges Hospice, Port Perry, whose wonderful staff and volunteers bring comfort and caring to those in their final days or to a favourite charity of your choice.
