Obituary
Victor Brûlé
(1944 – 2023)
The hat is missing, Vic has gone fishing. With his family at his bedside, Vic left the shore peacefully on August 2nd, 2023. He leaves in grief his wife of 40 years, Jeannine (Gauthier) and his sons David and Allin (wife Alyssa), his stepson Brian Deschene (wife Sarah) and granddaughter Elisabeth, and his stepson Richard Deschene (wife Sue). Vic always said his stepsons were a bonus to the family.
He is lovingly remembered by his brother Rémi (wife Sharon), his sisters Ange-Aimée (Nault) and Léona (Langlois). Victor is reunited with his father Adelard, his mother Lucienne (Labrecque) and his siblings Adrienne (Zarzosa), Antoinette (Fluette), Mignonne (Serran), André and Aimé. With every good cup of tea, his memory will be kept by many nieces and nephews, who cherish the time spent in the great outdoors, his helping hand and his advice and skills.
Jeannine is grateful to the amazingly kind neighbours on Lisgar St. for their support. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. McKenna and to the medical staff and nurses of CCU and Palliative Care, especially Melissa. A special thank you to my sisters Nicole Rochefort and Denise Brûlé who provided enormous support during this difficult time.
The Brulé family invites you all to attend the celebration of life for Victor on Friday October 13th at the All Saints Mausoleum (St Mary’s Cemetery), 132 Golf Club Rd, at 11 am.
