Nora passed away peacefully surrounded by family at North Bay Regional Health Centre on June 4,2024.Beloved wife of the late Rene Amyotte.Loving mother of Guy Amyotte,Marc Amyotte(Shona),Robert Amyotte,Victor Amyotte(Corrina) Michel Amyotte(predeceased),Anne Amyotte(Mike),Dennis Amyotte,Monique Pearson(Rick),Danny Amyotte,Charlene Fichault.She will be dearly missed by her sisters Mildred D’Aoust,Violet Higgins and was predeceased by her sisters Lucille Chaput,Rhea Lachapelle, Claire Campeau,Helene Beaulieu,Bernadette Smith.She will be greatly missed by 12 grandchildren, 14 great grand children and one great great grandchild.Nora loved her family,having big family gatherings and going camping,fishing ,playing cards and bingo.She handled all activities of life with a quiet sense of dignity ,grace, a sweet smile and a good sense of humour.Heaven has gained a very special Angel.
As per Nora’s wishes cremation has taken place.A graveside service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers , donations to The North Bay Regional Health Care Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family.Online condolences can be made at www.mcguintyfuneralhome.com.
