Ilene Sampson Obituary
Eileen Sampson, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2024, at the age of 71. Born on August 25, 1953, Eileen lived a life filled with love, kindness, and dedication to her family.
She is survived by her three children, Lynn, Lynda, and Corey. Eileen was predeceased by her daughter Lisa and her brother Paul, and is now reunited with them and her beloved parents, Gerald and Lucille, whom she missed dearly. She also leaves behind her treasured grandchildren, including Rebecca and Stephanie, great-grandchildren, including her beloved Cali, and her sisters and brothers, Joanne, Dianne, Greg and Doug who will cherish her memory.
Eileen’s warmth, compassion, and generosity touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a source of strength and unconditional love, always placing her family first and guiding them with wisdom and care. We take comfort knowing she is now at peace and reunited with her parents, Lisa, and Paul.
She will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
A burial service will be held at the Ste Bernadette Cemetery in Bonfield at 11am on Saturday Oct. 26 followed by an optional lunch at 1pm at Burger World on Hammond for whoever wishes to join us.
