Brian Vezina Obituary
Peacefully passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at the age of 80 years. Brian was the beloved husband of Joan (nee Mummery) Vezina, and the loving father to Belinda Lee Laird (Stephen) of Callander, and Michael Vezina of Toronto. He was the cherished grandfather to Bree-Anna, and Flora. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Valerie Evans (late Dave). Brian is predeceased by his parents Armand Vezina and Stella (nee Miller) Vezina.
Brian received his education at Royal Military College (Kingston) and a Bachelor of Arts Nipissing University (North Bay). He taught for twenty years with the Nipissing Board of Education. He was an active member of NIPMAC (Model Airplane Club). Music, art, and travel were also interests.
As per Brian’s wishes, cremation has taken place, there will not be a service.
If desired, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada would be gratefully acknowledged by Brian’s family.
