WALLACE, Margaret (nee Hare) –
Gone to her heavenly home. It’s with great sadness the family of Margaret Wallace announces her passing on December 2nd, 2023, at Chippawa Creek Bella Care Residence, at the age of 83.
Beloved wife of the late Christopher “Kit” (d. 2019) for 59 years. Beloved mother of David and Mary Lynn (Henry) Morandin. Cherished grandmother of Leigh Arneill. Dear sister of Evelyn (Don) Douglas, Kenneth Hare, and Nelson (Janice) Hare. Predeceased by siblings Marilynn Hastings, Alan Hare, David Hare, sister-in-law Patricia Hare, and brother-in-law Douglas Hastings. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In keeping with Margaret’s wishes, cremation and a private graveside service has taken place. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish may make a memorial donation to the Alzheimer’s Society.
