FINELLA, Carole (nee Buteau) – Passed away peacefully with the love of her husband at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on October 10, 2023 at the age of 75. Beloved wife of 51 years to Joe. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister Denise along with her family and brother Ray. Cherished sister-in-law of Lucy (the late John) Ricci and Theresa (Nick) Lucia. Devoted aunt to Pat (Irene) Ricci, Lee-Ann (Carmen) Lucisano, Frank (Jenn) Lucia, Donna Marie (Anthony) Lucisano and Nick Lucia. Cherished great aunt of Selena, Matteo, Cristina, Daniela, Michael, Adrianna, Tessa and Isabella. Predeceased by her parents Ledpol and Philippine Buteau and her brother Gaetan. Carole worked at Acres Engineering until 2000 at which time she started to work for her husband’s many businesses. Gardening was her passion and she was so proud of her flower gardens. She loved to do crafts especially crocheting. Carole was a devote Catholic attending Mass every morning at St. Patrick’s Church. Friends are invited to join the family at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Sunday October 15, 2023 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 10:30 am at St. Patrick’s Church, with the Rite of Entombment at Fairview Mausoleum.
