Valerie Margaret McPhee – Passed away peacefully after a brief illness at the Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket, on Thursday August 8, 2024, at 84 years of age.
Loving wife of the late Sydney McPhee. Dear mother of Christopher Trott and his wife Carolyn.
Valerie worked as a receptionist for the Transportation & Works department for the Region of York. She is a faithful member of the Sharon-Hope United Church in Newmarket.
The family would like to thank the caring staff at Margaret Bahen Hospice for their compassion and attentiveness towards Valerie and her family.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at the Sharon-Hope United Church on Friday August 16, 2024, from 10 – 11 a.m. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. All are welcome to join the family for refreshments in the parish hall.
Memorial donations may be made to the Margaret Bahen Hospice.
