Peacefully with her family by her side at St. Thomas Hospital on Thursday, December 26th, 2024 Ruby Mirasty (nee: Nicholas) of Chippewas of the Thames 1st Nation in her 96th? or 97th? year.
Beloved wife of the late Josiah Mirasty (Aug. 6, 2024). Loving mother of Konrad, Jacqueline (Elmer), Josiah Jr. (Beauty), Harley (Val), Heather, Leo, and John Nicholas, Brenda Nicholas Mullins (John), Dale Doxtator, Derek (Lisa) Nicholas, Teda Mirasty (Chris), Cerean (Tony) Mirasty. Proud grandma of many grand and great grandchildren. Survived my many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son Greg N Nicholas, grandsons Cameron and Brandon Mirasty. “Ruby Nic” was the last surviving member of her generation.
At Mrs. Mirasty’s request a private gathering at 22127 Mill Road, Mount Brydges on Saturday, December 28th, 2024 after 6pm until Monday, December 30th at 10am. Cremation to follow with inurnment Colborne Cemetery, Chippewa on Tuesday, December 31st commencing at 11am.
