In Celebration of
Leslie Ann Wei
June 8, 1958 –
February 5, 2024
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Leslie Ann (McQuillen) Wei on Monday, February 5th, 2024, at the age of 65.
She was the beloved wife of Kim for 45 years, loving mom to Jen (Greg) and Chris (Sabrina). She was a doting grandmother to Lucas and Lilah who stole her heart, and she let everyone know that she ‘lived for these kids’.
Born on June 8th, 1958, in Dunnville, Ontario, Leslie was known for her boundless love for those around her, witty humor, and impeccable golf skills. She shone in her sharp business mind, like her late father (Robert McQuillen), and her big, generous heart like her mother (Beatrice McQuillen). She is survived by her sisters Jill (McQuillen) Day and Patricia (McQuillen) Virtue.
Leslie Wei will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love, courage, and resilience will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind. Rest in peace, to our loving mother. You will be dearly missed and eternally remembered.
Friends may visit at the Turner and Porter Neweduk – Erin Mills Chapel, (1981 Dundas Street West, Mississauga) on Monday, February 12th, from 4-8 pm. A Chapel Service will be held on Tuesday, February 13th, at 11 am. Reception to follow at Clarkson Bistro, 1731 Lakeshore Rd West, Mississauga.
Memorial donations can be made to Cancer Care Ontario.
