Debbie Mary Derouchie Brunet, aged 64, passed away on June 2, 2024, at Cornwall Community Hospital following a heart attack.
Debbie is lovingly remembered by her son, Phil (Phillippe) Derouchie (Tracy), and her cherished grandchildren, Brandon and Colin (Elora). She also leaves behind her adored great-grandchildren, Wezley and Rain.
Debbie was predeceased by her spouse, Philip Brunet; her daughter, Staci Brunet; her sister, Becky Campeau; her parents, Louis Derouchie and Mary Agnes Dawson; and her stepmother, Marion Derouchie (née Rolland).
She is also survived by her siblings: Sharon Campeau, Jerry Derouchie, , Allen Derouchie (Christine),Richard Bunbury, Wendy Gallinger (Ken), Sherry Lajoie (Paul), Tracy Benkie (Chris), Allan Dawson (Diana) , and Ricky. Additionally, she leaves behind 10 step-siblings from Marion Derouchie.
Debbie’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends. Her warmth, kindness, and love for her family were the cornerstones of her life, and she touched the lives of many with her gentle spirit. She was especially close to Melissa and Megan Martin Derouchie, along with many other nieces and nephews.
