Passed away suddenly at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on May 2, 2023. Retired from General Electric after 40 years. He was the cherished spouse of 38 years to Jean Outwater (nee Thorne). Devoted father of Melissa & Kevin. Loving grandfather of Brittany. He was predeceased by sisters Gertrude Bertrand (Ross) & June Smith.
The Outwater family would like to extend a sincere Thank You to the PSW’s with Care Partners Taylor, Taylor, Dallas & Wilma. As well as his doctors, Dr Hughs, Dr Hansen & Dr Van Loon. Kind thanks to the Millbrook Fire department and paramedics for all your help.
There will be a Visitation held at Mill Valley Funeral Centre on Wednesday May 8th, 2024 from 1PM – 3PM. Service will begin at 3PM with a reception to follow.
Donations in memory of Gerald can be made to the Lakefield Animal Shelter.
