Neil Gordon 1966-2023
It is with heavy hearts and overwhelming sadness that after a short battle with cancer we announce the peaceful passing of Neil Gordon on Nov 25th, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Edinburgh, Scotland to parents Doris Gordon and the late Jack Gordon, devoted partner to Tammy Stagg, loving father to Ashley (Jason Steele) and Andrew Gordon and stepfather to Stephanie and Michael Stagg.
Proud Grandad to Jaxon Steele. Caring brother to Iain (Beth) Gordon and Russell (Mariann) Gordon. Thoughtful uncle to Connor, Cameron, Mackenzie and James Gordon.
All who knew Neil, knew he was a kind and giving person. Neil was always there whenever needed and gave his time and care to all. Neil touched so many hearts throughout his short 57 years and will be missed but forever remembered.
Friends will be received at the DIXON-GARLAND Funeral Home, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road), Markham, on Sunday, December 3, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until time of the Memorial Service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Yee Hong Hospice, Scarborough, ON.
