God called Giovina peacefully on July 9, 2024, at the age of 85. She is reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband, Angelo. Cherished by her dear children, Anna (Luigi), Jim (Gina), Mike, and Rosa (George). Proud Nonna to Angela, Daniella, Justine, Steven, Michael (Dallas), Dallas (Daniel), Daniel, Christopher, Susanna, Benjamin (p.d.) and brother Jonathan. Adoring Bisnonna to Amelia, Stella, Levon, Freddie, Ilias, and Myles. Giovina will be lovingly remembered by her brother and sisters. She will be held dear in the hearts of her nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends. If so desired, donations in memory of Giovina may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Friday, July 12th, 2024, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 13th, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd., north of Chancellor Dr.). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (on Yonge St., south of Hwy 7).
