It is with great sadness and much love that the family of Anna announce her passing. Anna was called home peacefully, with family by her side, on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at the age of 88.
She is reunited in heaven with her beloved husband, Leonardo. She will be forever missed by her cherished daughters, Grace and Elaine and son-in-law, Biagio. Proud Nonna to Alexandra, Natalie,
Lucas and Marcus. Anna is survived by her sister, Gabriella in Italy and predeceased by her parents, Anita and Aldo, and her sister, Nella. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many
friends in Canada and Italy. The family wishes to thank the PSW staff, Leyla, Tessy, and Wazira, for their compassionate care. The family also wishes to thank The Sisters and wonderful volunteers of the
Mount Carmel Adult Day Program, who graciously cared for Anna during her weekly visits there. If so desired, donations to The Sisters of Mount Carmel Adult Day Program (11935 Pine Valley Drive, Woodbridge, ON L3L 0C1, 905-832- 1680) would be appreciated.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Road 905-850-3332) on Thursday, October 24, 2024, from 2:00–5:00 p.m. and 6:30–9:00 p.m. The funeral Mass will be
celebrated on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd, north of Chancellor Dr.). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial
