Con gran tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de nuestra amada Olga L. Puyana Becerra, quien falleció el 29 de enero de 2024 a la edad de 62 años. Estaba rodeada por sus seres queridos en el Hospicio St. Joseph. Olga L. Puyana Becerra nació el 25 de julio de 1961 en Bucaramanga, Colombia, hija de Jorge Puyana y Elizabeth Becerra. Olga L. Puyana, cariñosamente conocida como “Olguita”. En estos momentos difíciles, encontramos consuelo en el amor y apoyo de nuestra familia y seres queridos. Olguita dejó una marca indeleble en nuestras vidas como madre, abuela, hermana, tía, sobrina, prima y amiga. Su generosidad y alegría fueron pilares en nuestra existencia, siempre recordándonos la importancia de apreciar cada momento y disfrutar de la vida. Su espíritu aventurero nos inspiró a explorar nuevos horizontes, y su determinación nos enseñó a enfrentar desafíos con valentía. Aunque nos deja físicamente, su amor perdurará eternamente en nuestros corazones, dándonos fuerzas para seguir adelante. Descansa en paz, querida Olguita, y que tu luz continúe iluminando nuestro camino en este mundo y más allá. Olga L. Puyana Becerra le sobreviven Fiorella Vallarino Puyana, Melissa Vallarino Puyana, David Vallarino Puyana. Le precedió en la muerte su amado padre Jorge Puyana. Será profundamente extrañada por su familia, amigos y todos los que la conocieron. El velorio se llevará a cabo en la Iglesia Católica St. Francis – St. Martins, en 46 Cathcart St, London, ON N6C 3L7, el miércoles 07 de febrero de 2024 a partir de las 12:00 p.m. La misa fúnebre se llevará a cabo en el mismo lugar el miércoles 07 de febrero de 2024 por la mañana a la 1:00 p.m. Si se desea, los tributos florales pueden enviarse a la Iglesia Católica St. Francis – St. Martins o las donaciones pueden hacerse a Childhood Cancer Canada. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Olga L. Puyana Becerra, who passed away on January 29, 2024 at the age of 62. She was surrounded by her loved ones at St. Joseph’s Hospice.
Olga L. Puyana Becerra was born on July 25th 1961 in Bucaramanga, Colombia to Jorge Puyana and Elizabeth Becerra. Olga L. Puyana, affectionately known as “Olguita.” In these difficult times, we find comfort in the love and support of our family and loved ones. Olguita left an indelible mark on our lives as a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friends. Her generosity and joy were pillars in our existence, always reminding us of the importance of cherishing each moment and enjoying life. Her adventurous spirit inspired us to explore new horizons, and her determination taught us to face challenges with courage. Although she leaves us physically, her love will endure eternally in our hearts, giving us strength to carry on. Rest in peace, dear Olguita, and may your light continue to illuminate our path in this world and beyond.
Olga L. Puyana Becerra is survived by Fiorella Vallarino Puyana, Melissa Vallarino Puyana, David Vallarino Puyana. She was preceded in death by her beloved father Jorge Puyana. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
Vistors are welcome to St Francis – St Martins Catholic Church, 46 Cathcart Street, London, on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Funeral Mass to follow at 1:00 p.m. If desired, floral tributes sent to St Francis – St Martins Catholic Church or donations made to Childhood Cancer Canada would be truly appreciated.
