Obituary of Dr. Michael Lefcoe
Surrounded by family at Parkwood Institute, after a long battle with dementia, on Thursday, October 5, 2023, Dr. Michael Lefcoe of London in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Barbara. Loving father of Yaacov “Jamie” Lefcoe (Yovana Millovic) and Kris Lefcoe and her husband Robert Jereski. Survived grandchildren Sophie Jereski, Joseph (Lotem), Noam (Racheli), Mayna, Avraham, Aaron Leib, Shevi, Miriam, Hila, Asher Lefcoe and great granddaughter Arbel. Predeceased by a brother Neville Lefcoe.
Michael graduated from McGill University in 1966 and was the former chief of radiology at Victoria Hospital. He was a talented musician playing the trumpet and piano, loved the outdoors and had a great sense of humour.
A funeral Service will be conducted at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas Street, London, Ontario on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. with Rabbi Eliezer Gurkow officiating.
Interment in Or Shalom Cemetery, London, Ontario.
