Owen Gray passed away at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Tuesday April 16 at the age of 95. Enjoyed many years of farming at the home farm in Pickering Township. Owen enjoyed meeting and working with the staff, volunteers, and community people while working with Meals on Wheels for 30 years. Awesome player who would enjoy many games of euchre with all he played with. Predeceased by parents Alexander and Hazel Gray Predeceased by brothers Lawrence (Stella) and Alvin. Uncle of Brenda De Koker (Louis) and Sheila Hotner (Fred). Great-Uncle of Neil DeKoker (Angela), Julia De Koker (Dave Warnock), Chad Hotner (Jane), and Cory Hotner (Sue). Great great uncle of Neil, Jacqueline, Anna, Rosa, Milo and Alexia. Visitation will be held at Mackey Funeral Home on Sunday, April 21st from 12:00 p.m. until time of funeral in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow. Interment at Whitevale Cemetery, Pickering Tuesday April 23 at 11:00 a.m. If desired, memorial donations can be made to the Community Care Foundation of Kawartha Lakes.
