STAUFFER, Kenneth Lawrence Bruce – It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of our father on the anniversary of his 86th birthday, March 29, 2024. Kenneth Lawrence Bruce Stauffer died peacefully at Lindsay Ross Memorial hospital. Born in Oshawa, Ontario to parents W. Erle & Myrtle Ivy (née Hallman) Stauffer. Predeceased by loving wife, Joan (née McKnight) for a lifetime and reunited for eternity. Cherished father of predeceased Ken (Cydney), Alan (Margaret), Debbie (Charlie). Randy (Lynne), Cindy (Gary). Proud grandfather of eleven grandchildren Krista, Adam, Talyn, Kira, Jacob, JJ, Jake, Cassandra, Caitlyn, Kenneth Bruce and Shawn and great grandfather of 19 great grandchildren, Sheenah, Michael, Breanna, Morgan, Edison, Everett, Payton, River, Dante, Austin, Colton, Emma, Jaylin, Tyson, Killan, Lily, Bëar, Penelope, and two more on the way. Brothers Don (deceased) (Shirley), Wilson (Martha) deceased, Maurice (Betty deceased) Murray (Trula) and sister Eileen Annis (Andy) deceased. Forever the mechanic and exceptional craftsman of anything wooden or metal. He had a great love of snowmobiling, sports, and gardening. The family will hold a private Celebration of Life. You will be forever loved and missed by everyone that had the honour of knowing you. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to a charity of your choice.
