Passed away with dignity at home at 8:52 a.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 surrounded with family at his side. Will be sadly missed by his wife Shelley, his fur baby Penny, his daughters Debbie & her husband Simon and Kim. Loving Pepe to Michael (Brian) & Matthew and Grand Pepe to Izzy. Rick will also be missed by his brothers Gil (Genny), Dan (Linda), Roger (Sue), Guy and Carmen, his brothers-in-law Allan, Brian (Melva), Neil, Mark and sister-in-law Patricia. Predeceased by his parents Real & Jean Demers. Many thanks to The Hospice of Windsor & Es County, Dr. Bergeron, nurse Agnes White and all of their attached agencies. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to Hospice of Windsor & Es County or to the Humane Society of Windsor Es would be appreciated by Rick’s family. Visitation at Families First, 2130 Front Road, LaSalle (519) 969-5841 on Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 2-5 p.m. & 7 pm until a Prayer Service at 8:30 p.m. Cremation will follow.
