Passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at Innisfree House in Kitchener at the age of 70.
Beloved wife of Thomas.
Loving mother of Justin Thomas (Shinu), Samantha Bast (Kevin) and Sophia Thomas (fiance Ryan Savery).
Cherished grandmother of Jacob and Jeremy Thomas and Dylan and Lila Bast.
Dear daughter of Aleyamma Mathew and the late Mathai Varkey.
Sister of Benny Mathew (Mareena) and Varghese Mathew (Tancy).
Fondly remembered and will be missed by nieces and nephews.
Valsa’s family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. (vigil service at 7:00 p.m.) on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will continue from 12-12:45 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2024 followed by the Funeral Service in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery. Those unable to attend may join the service on Friday via live stream at www.henrywalser.com/live-streaming.
