Passed away peacefully, on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital at the age of 67 years. Loving son of the late Lyle Whitesel and the late Marian Whitesel. Tom will be greatly missed by his brothers Doug (Maritimes) and Tim (Helen Krygsman) (Belmont). Tom will be remembered by his many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Tom was loved by many and will be remembered for his cheerful attitude.
Visitation will be held at Kendrick Funeral Home, 4 Victoria Avenue in Chatham on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 1:00 p.m. A private family interment will be held at Pardoville Union Cemetery.
The family would like to express their sincerest thanks to the caregivers and others who were instrumental for Tom’s care over so many years. If so desired, donations in memory of Tom may be made to Community Living Elgin.
