It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Mike, after a brief illness, at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre, KGH, at the age of 82.
Mike, beloved husband of 46 years, to Heather McIver. He will be lovingly remembered by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Bonnie (Brian), Dave, Russ, Alice, Donna (Ed), Tracey (Chris) and Christine, as well as his niece and nephews, Mark, Colin, Justin and Megan. Mike was predeceased by his dear mother Margaret Honeychurch.
Mike and Heather were always surrounded by their best friends that were like a second family to them, missing him are Kay Botting, Shirley Hart, Dean and Norma Nolan and Ron and Theresa Maggiacoma. Thanks to all of you for your love and support over the last couple of months and the days to come.
In keeping with Mike’s wishes cremation has taken place. For those who wish, donations in Mike’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (donate here).
