Marilyn Sandra Keable Obituary
It is with profound sadness that the family of Marilyn Keable announce her passing on May 13, 2024.
Peacefully, and surrounded by her family, Following a brave fight with cancer, she was 78.
Survived by her loving husband Brian, of over 58 years. She was devoted to her children Curtis and Tarn and her grandchildren Emma, Sarah and Alison.
Born in London England, she is survived by her brother Colin Brown. As a young family looking for new adventures, they moved to Canada in the 1960’s.
Marilyn worked as a Registered Nursing assistant for 25 years at the Kingston Psychiatric hospital. She was passionate about the care of her patients, and volunteered for additional patient support roles.
She was a volunteer for the City of Kingston in the historic city hall. For many years she enjoyed sharing her love of history with many people.
A Celebration of Life will be held soon, and notification will be posted shortly.
Marilyn believed deeply in giving back and would appreciate any gifts in her name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
