Luisa Maria Carvalho Borges

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Luisa, at Trillium Care Community, at the age of 75.
Luisa, beloved wife of the late Jose Borges and daughter of the late Jose and Leontina Carvalho. She will be lovingly remembered by her family both in Canada and in Portugal. A special thank you is extended to Valda and Natalia and the staff of the Trillium Care Community for the wonderful care you have provided Luisa.
A Liturgy of the Word service will be held in the chapel of the James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd., Kingston on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 1:00 pm, friends will be received before the service from 12:00 – 12:45 pm, followed by cremation. For those who wish, donations in Luisa’s memory may be made to the U.H.K.F. (Cancer Centre of Southeastern ON at KGH).
