MORGAN, Joyce (nee Kelly)
Passed away peacefully, at the age of 89, on Monday, April 8, 2024 at Kingston Health Sciences Centre. Predeceased in April 2023 by Peter, her beloved husband of 66 years. Loving mother of Lesley McDonald (Gary) of Amherst Island and Paul Morgan (Lynn) of Harriston. Cherished grandmother/Nanny to Andrew McDonald (Chelsea), Alison Hewitt (Steven), Jacqueline Hodgson (Douglas), Geoffrey McDonald (Brittany), Matthew Morgan and Caitlin Morris (Derek). Special great-grandmother, aka Jojo, to Noah, Rosalie, Callum, Evelyn, Charlotte, Jordan, Samuel, Madison, Ryan, Nolan and Lyla. Fondly remembered by niece Geraldine Parker, sister-in-law Christel Kelly, brother-in-law Brian Morgan and extended family and friends in the U.K. and Canada.
Predeceased by sister Margaret Fisher and brother William Kelly. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at Wartman’s Funeral Home, Kingston on Monday, April 22 at 11am with reception to follow. Burial will follow on Amherst Island. For those who are not able to attend the service in person you can join us by Zoom, the link can be found under the service details on Joyce’s memorial page on the funeral home website. Lesley and Paul thank the staff on Kidd 6 for Mum’s care and extend a special thank you to the Palliative Care Team.
