POSTHUMUS, JELLE (JACK)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jack at the age of 98, on October 28, 2024. He joins his beloved wife of 56 years, Alice who passed away in 2010.
A beloved father of Ann Giles (Joe) and Robert Posthumus (Elvira). Cherished grandfather to Elizabeth, Andrew and Ryan. He will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
Jack is predeceased by his son in-law Desmond Giles. He is survived by his brother, John Posthumus.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 2 2024, from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm in the United Church Hall on Wolfe Island. Memorial donations, for those wishing, may be made to the Wolfe Island Volunteer Fire Department or the Wolfe Island United Church by cheque only.
