Jane Denise Javris (Jones) January 22, 1929 – November 12, 2023
Jane passed away peacefully at home after a long trying battle with dementia, with her daughter, son-in-law, and youngest granddaughter by her side.
She was predeceased by her husband of 64 years Jack Oliver Jarvis Sr. Her eldest son Jack Jarvis Jr, middle son Peter Jarvis and twin sons Ronald and Donald Jarvis.
Jane leaves behind her son William Jarvis (Adele Sparks), only daughter MaryJane (nee Jarvis) Davis (Tim Davis), 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
A visitation will be held at the James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd, Kingston Ontario on Thursday, November 16, 2023, from 11 am until the chapel service at 12. Immediately following the service, a burial will be held at Cataraqui Cemetery, 927 Purdy’s Mill Road. Family and friends are invited back to the funeral home for a luncheon. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.
