It is with profound sadness and sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Ivan Jakov (October 13, 1957 – August 7, 2024). Son of the late Vjekoslav and Marija, he was the most loving husband of 39 years to Gordana Jakov. Proud father to sons Ivan Jr (Sarah) and Philip (Sofia) and grandfather to Mateo and Luka. He is fondly remembered by friends and family in Canada, for his 33 years of service to his coworkers at Ontario Power Generation, and in his home country of Croatia.
