Joslin, Doreen Fern
December 17, 1935- November 19, 2023
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Doreen Joslin at the age of 87. She was the much loved wife of Glenn Joslin for 68 years.
She will be deeply missed by her children Cheryl Holloway (George), Wendy Bellamy (Brent) and daughter-in-law Mary Lou Joslin. She was predeceased by her son Danny Joslin. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Kelly Holloway (Eric Newstadt), Michelle Holloway (Andrew Shurvell), Jessica Holloway (Jorge Loria), Brent Bellamy (Alex Carruthers), Leigh-Ann Bellamy, Josten Goulding, Nicholas Joslin (Danielle Murphy), Alison Joslin (Ben Goheen), William Bellamy and Rebecca Bellamy. She was great-grandmother to Jonah and Scarlett Newstadt and Claire Joslin.
The family would like to thank Home and Community Care Support Services and Providence Care Hospital for their compassionate care.
Cremation has taken place at James Reid Funeral Home and there will be no visitation. The funeral service will be at The Wolfe Island United Church on Wednesday, November 29th at 2 PM. Following the service all are invited to a reception at The Hotel.
