Dean passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Kemptville District Hospital on Monday, November 6, 2023. Loving father of Matthew Burley (oldest son) of Ottawa (Tabitha Burley), Jeremy Burley (middle son) of Winchester and Jordan Burley (youngest son) of Winchester (Jessica Burley). Special Grandpa to Rowen Roy Burley, Asher Dean Burley and Winry Dawn Burley. Dear brother of Eleanor Cumming (the late Jack Cumming), the late Charles Burley (the late Donna Burley), Warren Burley (Linda Maxwell), Carole Mohan (Frank Mohan), John Burley (Donna Burley) and Jane Burley.
Dean grew up in Kemptville and was born and raised on the farm. He loved to farm and do the odd handy man jobs. Raised 3 sons in Kemptville and recently over the past couple of years became a wonderful grandfather of 3.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 212, 100 Reuben Crescent, Kemptville on Monday, November 13, 2023, from 2 pm. to 5 pm. To share stories, memories, and good times shared with Dean.
