Nous regrettons d’annoncer le décès de Gertrude Lambert, à l’âge de 75 ans, le vendredi 6 décembre 2024, à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner. Comme passe-temps, Gertrude aimait faire de la pêche, la cuisson, le tricot, la couture, et jardiner légumes et fleurs, ainsi que rester en contact avec ses amis et sa famille sur les médias sociaux.
Gertrude laisse dans le deuil son époux, Rémi; ses enfants : Lise Lambert d’Ottawa, et Steven (Angèle Tremblay) de Val-Rita; deux petits-enfants : Marc-André Ouellette et Martin Ouellette; ses sœurs : Léonie Hill d’Orangeville, et Thérèse Johnston de London; sa belle-sœur, Georgette Trudeau de Kapuskasing; ainsi que dix-huit neveux et nièces.
Gertrude fut prédécédée par ses parents, Armand Trudeau et Bella Wedge; ses frères : Gilbert et Denis Trudeau; et sa sœur, Armande Coulis.
Un service privé à la fosse aura lieu à une date ultérieure. La famille sera très reconnaissante de dons à Reflexion comme témoignages de sympathie.
La famille souhaite remercier tout particulièrement les docteurs et tout le personnel de l’équipe des Soins palliatifs à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner pour les excellents soins prodigués. ©
We regret to announce the death of Gertrude Lambert, at the age of 75, on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Sensenbrenner Hospital. In her spare time, Gertrude enjoyed fishing, baking, knitting, sewing, vegetable and flower gardening, as well as keeping in touch with her friends and family on social media.
Gertrude is survived by her husband, Rémi; her children: Lise Lambert of Ottawa, and Steven (Angèle Tremblay) of Val Rita; two grandchildren: Marc-André Ouellette and Martin Ouellette; her sisters: Léonie Hill of Orangeville, and Thérèse Johnston of London; her sister-in-law, Georgette Trudeau of Kapuskasing; and eighteen nieces and nephews.
Gertrude was predeceased by her parents, Armand Trudeau and Bella Wedge; her brothers: Gilbert and Denis Trudeau; and her sister, Armande Coulis.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date. The family would be most grateful for donations to Reflexion as expressions of sympathy.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the doctors and all the staff of the Palliative Care team at the Sensenbrenner Hospital for the excellent care provided.©
