Passed away peacefully at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital in Ottawa on Sunday, October 20, 2024, Betty Price (nee Becksted) of Kemptville, formerly of Winchester, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Gary Price. Loving mother of Kelly Price and Hal Price (Vicki). Dear sister of Myrna Whelan. Betty will be fondly remembered by her grandson Ayden and loving and devoted family friends Tanya, Kyle and Ava Holmes. She was predeceased by her parents Weldon and Gladys Becksted (nee O’Shaughnessy), her sisters Muriel McIntosh and Donna Becksted and her brother John Becksted. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
A public graveside service will be held at Spruce Haven Cemetery in Brinston on Saturday, October 26th at 11 a.m. Donations to the Kidney Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
