It is with heavy heart that we have said goodbye to Milt Jenney who passed away
May 23, 2024 at VON Sakura House, Woodstock, at the age of 82 years. He leaves behind his loving wife of 59 years Pat (Alberding) and children Barb Barney (Jeff) and Brad Jenney and two grandsons Justin and Jake Barney. Milt will also be missed by sisters Dianne Sloat (Larry) of Ingersoll and Wendy Webber (Larry White) of St. Thomas and sister-in-law Linda Reekie (Dave) of London as well as several nieces and nephews.
Milt was born on December 7, 1941 to the late Ruth and Howard Jenney. Also predeceased by brother-in-law Art Webber.
Milt called Ingersoll home his entire life. General Motors Diesel London employed him for 32 years until he retired. Milt was a member of the Bye Gone Classic Car Club showing of his 1958 Ford Meteor. He also was a lifelong fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, and the Junior C Hockey team the Norwich Merchants.
Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South Ingersoll, on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 from 4-7pm. Private family graveside service will be held on Wednesday.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the VON Sakura House or The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
