DURHAM, Lawrence Henry “Weasel” – Passed away peacefully at Alexandra Hospital, surrounded by his family on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at the age of 91.
Beloved husband of Janet Durham (nee Hart) for 67 years. Loving father of Brian (Janice) Durham, and Heather (Jim) Ingram. Cherished grandpa of Philip (Chelsey), Chris (Randi Lee), Alora (Brad), Kelsi, Keahna (Jacob), Natasha; and great grandpa of Nora, Quinn, Ella, Alayna, Jorja, Tommy, Payton, Hudson, Rory, Thomas, and Osheahna. Predeceased by his parents, Philip Durham and Mabel Wheeler, and his siblings, Earl, Helen, Bruce, Ernie, Irvine, Charlie, Hazel, and Walter. Fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Lawrence was a general farmer for many years. He was a Mason at the Mount Elgin Lodge for over 50 years, and as well as a retired volunteer fireman. He loved hunting. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home, 246 Thames St. S, Ingersoll.
