It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our mother, Connie Gratton, at her residence on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, in her 65th year.
Beloved mother of Sheila Elliott (Brian) and Danielle Dadswell (Josh), Connie’s love and dedication to her family will be deeply missed. She was the proud Nana of Austin, Brayden, Ryder, and Ruby, who brought her endless joy.
Connie will be lovingly remembered by her siblings: Omer (Grace), Duane (Rachel), Doreen (Dan), Darcy (Sue), and Maurice. She is predeceased by her parents and siblings Al and Doris.
Connie had a passion for playing bingo, a pastime that brought her great joy. She treasured the friendships she shared with her neighbors, who became her extended family and brought so much warmth and happiness into her life. Connie’s warmth, kindness, and sense of humor will leave a lasting legacy in the hearts of all who knew her.
Private family arrangements have been entrusted to Downs and Son Funeral Home, Hepworth. A celebration of Connie’s life will be planned in the New Year for family and friends to gather and share memories.
