The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury, Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of Claudette (née Parent) Lemieux of Hanmer. Son of the late Ernest and of the late Jeanne (née Audette) Lemieux. Loving father of Terry Lemieux (Natalie Ladouceur) of Ottawa and Robby Lemieux (Chantal) of Hanmer. Dear brother of Pauline Houle (late Leo). Predeceased by his brothers Raymond and Jacques Lemieux and by his sister Yollande Comtois (late Emile). Cherished grandfather of Samantha Villa (David), Stéfany, Alex, Simon Lemieux and great-grandfather of Isaiah Villa. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570 St-Joseph Street, Hanmer, on Saturday, October 26, 2024 after 11a.m. A funeral service will follow at 12 noon.
