CRAWFORD, Theresa (nee Malloy)
Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, 10 days after her 96th birthday.
Although we mourn the loss of our beloved mother, grandmother, and Nana, we celebrate the lifetime of wonderful memories we have shared and are comforted that she is now in a beautiful place with the Lord. Mom said her rosary and Book of Prayers every single day for all of us and anyone else that needed to be added to her list of people (and pets) that required help.
She is now reunited with her beloved husband Jack (2000). Loving mother of Anne (Tom Patti), John (Lynn), MaryBeth (Albert Duwyn), and Louise (Chris Wettlaufer). Cherished Grandma of Lisa (Patrick), Stephen (Becky), Katie (Mike), Heather (Jeremy), Trevor, Rachel (Paul), and Braelyn. Loving Nana of Kayla, Nathan, Olivia, Sam, Miles, Ben, Reese, Dane, Jayden & Adalyn. She was blessed with many nieces, nephews and dear treasured friends.
The Family would like to thank the dedicated staff at The Village of Wentworth Heights, both Egerton & Emma floors, as well as Bayshore and Paramed for their care and support of our mother.
Visitation will be Friday, June 21, 2024, from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. at P.X. Dermody Funeral Home, 796 Upper Gage Ave in Hamilton, ON. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, 305 East 37th St. Hamilton, ON.
If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Alzheimer’s society, The Good Shepherd or a charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family in her name.
