It is with sadness that the family announces the death of Mr. Marcel Beaubien at the age of 85. Mr. Beaubien passed away at the Tri-Town Extendicare on February 2, 2024.
He was predeceased by his wife Annette Maillé, his brother Jacques Beaubien and by his sisters Jeanne Beaubien, Rita Brazeau and Noëlla Hamelin. Mr. Beaubien is survived by his daughter Lise and her husband Yves Rioux, his granddaughters Adèle Rioux and Isabelle Rioux. He is also survived by his sister Germaine Desgagner as well as his extended family members.
The family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation to the staff of Tri-Town Extendicare and to Dr. Donald Davies for the exceptional care our father received during his stay there. Your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.
Mr. Beaubien’s family will receive family and friends at the Buffam Leveille Funeral Home – New Liskeard Chapel [251 Shepherdson Rd.] on Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The memorial mass will be celebrated at Sacré-Coeur Church on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment will take place at the New Liskeard Catholic Cemetery. C’est avec tristesse que la famille annonce le décès de M. Marcel Beaubien à l’âge de 85 ans. M. Beaubien est décédé au Foyer Tri-Town Extendicare le 2 février 2024.
Il fut prédécédé par son épouse Annette Maillé, son frère Jacques Beaubien et par ses soeurs Jeanne Beaubien, Rita Brazeau et Noëlla Hamelin. M. Beaubien laisse dans le deuil sa fille Lise (conjoint Yves) Rioux, ses petites-filles Adèle Rioux et Isabelle Rioux. Il laisse aussi sa soeur Germaine Desgagner ainsi que plusieurs autres membres de sa famille.
La famille tient à exprimer sa gratitude et son appréciation aux personnels du Foyer Extendicare et au Dr Donald Davies pour les soins exceptionnels reçus par notre père lors de son séjour là. Votre gentillesse et votre compassion ne seront jamais oubliées.
La famille de M. Beaubien accueillera parents et amis à la Maison Funéraire Buffam Leveille – Chapelle de New Liskeard [251 rue Shepherdson], le jeudi 8 février 2024 de 19h00 à 21h00. La messe commémorative sera célébrée à l’Église Sacré-Coeur le vendredi 9 février 2024 à 11h00. L’inhumation des cendres aura lieu au Cimetière Catholique de New Liskeard.
