Peacefully, surrounded by her family at Tri Town Extendicare on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, Geraldine Simoni (nee McDonald) of Haileybury passed away at the age of 82. Loving wife of Bruno Simoni. Beloved mother of Ugo Simoni, Steve (Hope) Simoni and the late Sonya Simoni. Cherished grandmother of Jacob Rivard (Myriam Legault), Katherine (Marco) Cloutier, Philippe (Izabelle) Rivard, Samuel Rivard, Regina (Kalvin) smith, Jake Simoni, Gibson Simoni, the late Nicholas Rivard and great grandmother of Sophie, Vinnie, Ayda, Hanna, Enzo and Leo. Dear sister of Dorothy (Raymond) Lamothe and Gerard (Donna) McDonald. Cremation has taken place at Lakeview Crematorium, Haileybury. Friends will be received on Saturday, November 4th at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Cobalt from 10:00 am until the time of the Memorial Mass at 11:00 am with Fr. Wayne Mills officiating.
