It is with profound and deep sadness that the family announces the sudden and unexpected passing of Daniel McCarthy at the age of 59 years.
Dan was born in Kirkland Lake on June 22, 1965. He was an avid Toronto Blue Jay and NASCAR fan and he enjoyed outdoor activities such as fishing and gatherings around the campfire.
Dan is survived by his son Liam McCarthy, his mother Myra McCarthy, his sister Jamie Lowe (Steven) and by his good friend Louise. Dan is also survived by his extended family members and by his many friends. Dan is predeceased by his father James McCarthy.
