FOLKINS, Shawn Patrick.
October 7, 1976 – October 15, 2024
Died peacefully at Hospice Wellington in Guelph, ON. Cherished son of Colleen Folkins and the late Tom McFarlane. Beloved brother of Shannon McFarlane and cherished uncle of Kingsley. Dear grandson of the late Moya and George Folkins and the late Margaret and Christopher McFarlane. Nephew of Sharon, Cathy, Andrea (Brian), Donald, Paul and John. Dear friend of Ted Sauve. Shawn will be missed by many family members and dear friends.
Shawn loved life. He was kind, generous, loved to socialize and make people happy. He loved his family and friends and had a passion for music, ethnic food, reading and travelling. He was an artist and craftsman.
Funeral Mass will be held from Holy Rosary Church, 175 Emma Street, Guelph on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
