Obituary of Paulo Sebastian Hennigs
HENNIGS, Paulo Sebastian
It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Paulo Hennigs, whose life tragically ended on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024.
Paulo took great pride in his family and was a devoted father and husband. He spent his days striving to provide for and protect his family. His greatest loves were his wife Jasmine and their son Hunter as well as their family pet, Nova Girl.
Paulo is survived by his wife and son, his father Rodolfo and Tio Alwin, his mother Catharine, his sisters Aiden and Anna Clair (Mikhail), and his cherished nieces Jimena and Sofia.
Along with many other family and friends, he will be deeply missed by his in-laws, Mike, Sue, Kylie, Aaron and Ryan as well as their family dog Spirit.
Paulo was a complex and passionate individual who dedicated much of his life to helping others. Despite his own struggles, he always found ways to give back to his community. Paulo frequently donated to local shelters in Guelph and selflessly helped raise Tiffany, Shyanne, Ryan, Jade and Jacob. All of whom he cared for and loved, even though they were not biologically his own.
As we come to terms with this devastating loss, we try to focus on all of the lives and hearts Paulo touched along his way. He loved deeply and his compassion truly knew no bounds. He was always happiest when he was helping others; always instilling strength in those who needed it most. We can now find comfort in knowing that his legacy lives on in those very hearts.
Paulo will be dearly missed but his spirit will live on. He will forever be a guiding light for us all as he has finally gained his wings.
A private family service has already been held and a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
