McHATTIE, Barbara Jean.
Passed away at The Elliott Community in Guelph on Friday, November 17, 2023, at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Ronald McHattie. Loving mother of Lynda Prior, Cathy Fallis (Kent), Sandy Tunney (Phil) and Ron McHattie. Cherished grandmother of Chris, Vanessa, Michael, Jennifer, Jason, Drew, Rachel and Mitchell and great grandmother of Nicholas, Mikayla, Kayden, Michael, Kylie, Brunswick, Lily, Dylan and Gryphon.
Barbara was a proud RNA at the Guelph General Hospital for over 20 years. She was an award-winning volunteer at Hospice Wellington. In her leisure time, Barbara enjoyed to sew, quilt and spend time with family at the cottage in Muskoka. She always had a smile and many kinds word; she wore her heart on her sleeve. She was well respected and will truly be missed.
