At Four Counties Health Services, Newbury on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, Donald Leslie Coad of Ekfrid Twp., passed away in his 95th year. He was the last of eight children of the late Richard and Catherine (McAlpine) Coad. Beloved husband of Mary (Puspoky) Coad. Dear father of Terry (Colleen) Coad and Cathy Anne (James) Beecroft. Proud grandfather of Leah (Josh) Howes, Adam Coad, Coady Sojak (Katie) and Calin Sojak and great-grandfather to Oliver. Funeral Service will be held Monday, September 9, 2024 at 11 A.M. at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe. Visitation one hour prior (10 – 11 a.m.). Rev. Deb Dolbear Van Bilsen officiating. Interment to follow at the Oakland Cemetery. The family wishes to express their thanks to the nurses and staff at Four Counties Health Services for the exceptional care. Memorial donations may be made to Four Counties Health Services Foundation or Tait’s Corner Community Centre.
