Patricia peacefully passed away with family by her side, on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at the Georgetown Hospital at the age of 83. Predeceased by her husband Lloyd Maxwell Sheppard (2020). Loving mother of Lloyd (Patty), Lillian Rhodes (Frank), Tony (Gail), Bruce (Kim) and Steve (Laura). Proud grandmother of 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Survived by her brother Norbert Burke. Lovingly remembered by her extended family and friends. Patricia enjoyed time spent with family and had many memories of spending time with her siblings and their families. She loved children and touched many lives as she did babysitting for over 50 years.
The family would like to thank the psw’s, caretakers and the weekend reliefs for the years of care. As well as the nurses and doctors at the Georgetown hospital for their care and compassion.
Cremation has taken place.
A small service will take place at Greenwood Cemetery on June 1st, 2024 at 11:00 AM.
Followed by a Celebration of Life for Lloyd and Patricia Sheppard at 1:00 PM at the Georgetown Golf Course, 11742 10th Line, Georgetown, Ontario, L7G 4S7.
If desired, donations may be made to charity of one’s choice.
