Johnson, Jamie Robert –
Passed away peacefully, on Sunday February 18th, 2024 at his home in Georgetown with his loving wife by his side. Jamie, in his 62nd year, beloved husband of Aggie for 26 years. Jamie was a loving son of the late Betty and Earl Johnson and loving son-in-law of Eileen Kavanagh and the late Jim Kavanagh. Loving father of J.R. (Shirley), Dawn, Cassandra Rae (Jeremy) and the late Rayanne Rita. Loving Grandpa JJ to Destiny, Austin, Abel, Skyler and the late Alexis. Dear brother of Hope (Charlie), Rick, Larry (Dianne), Tim, and brother-in-law of the late Dave, Cindy (Paul), Pam and Jimmy. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Jamie will be forever remembered for the love that he had for his family and baseball.
Family and friends will be received in the “Trafalgar Room” at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905) 877-3631 on Saturday February 24, 2024 from 3-5 p.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills (C.A.S.H.H.) would be appreciated. A private family Interment of Jamie’s urn will take place on Friday March 1, 2024.
