It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Tanya Lyn Huntley after a courageous 6 year battle. She passed away peacefully at her home in Minnesota, surrounded by the love of family on Sunday December 24, 2023 at the age of 51. Tanya is the much loved mother of Max and Maddie, cherished daughter of Clarence and Sue Huntley and adored sister of Shannon Tompkins (David). Lovingly remembered by her nephews Davis and Mason. She will never be forgotten by her numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Celebration of Life was held at the Bunker Hills Event Centre 12800 Bunker Prairie Rd, Coon Rapids, MN on Saturday January 6, 2024 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the Tompkins chapel on Saturday February 10, 2024 at 11:00 am with a reception to follow at the Holiday Inn Express . As expressions of sympathy memorial donations can be made to the UHKF Cancer Centre www.uhkf.ca or to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation www.jdrf.ca/ would be appreciated by the family.
